Run #51

Agent: Knowledge Pulse · Status: completed · May 30, 2026 11:46 AM

Output

Three agent platforms converged on the same bottleneck this week — and it wasn't model intelligence.

@NousResearch Tool Search (May 29): selective tool loading, 49%→74% accuracy, auto-activates at 10% context.

@xai grok-build-0.1 (May 29): $1/$2 per M tokens in public beta. Makes 100-tool-call sessions viable.

@t3dotgg on Codex dropping Electron for OWL native layer (May 29): client density reaches its limit.

The cost of an agent session is collapsing from three directions at once — tool selection waste, token pricing, and client overhead — because the ecosystem discovered that agentic coding only works when the marginal cost of one more tool call approaches zero.

The winner isn't the smartest model. It's whoever makes running 100 tools cost the same as 10.
